Here Is How You Can Make A Slimming Body Wrap At Home:
1. Green Clay And Sea Salt Body Wrap
1 cup green clay
¼ cup sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups water
Pour the water in a pan and bring it to boil. Dissolve the sea salt in the boiling water. Add the green clay and olive oil and mix well to make a wet paste. Evenly spread the mixture on your entire and body and wrap yourself with the body wrapping sheets. Relax for 30 to 60 minutes and then rinse off the paste.
2. Seaweed Body Wrap
¼ cup kelp powder
1 tablespoon Epsom salt
½ cup coconut water
¼ cup green tea powder
½ cup kaolin clay
12 drops lavender essential oil
Add the Epsom salt in the coconut water and stir to dissolve the salt. Add lavender essential oil and mix well. Now add the remaining ingredients and blend until no lumps are present in the mixture. If desired, add more coconut water or clay to adjust the consistency of the mixture. Use this mixture as your body wrap.
3. Herbal Body Wrap
1 cup of chamomile, sage, rosemary or lavender
1 bucket full of hot water
Steep the herbs in the hot water for five minutes. Soak a large cotton sheet or beach towel in the herb infused hot water, wring out the excess water and wrap it around your body. With a blanket cover the cloth to trap the heat. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then unwrap. Avoid the shower for 24 hours.
4. Lavender Body Wrap
20 drops lavender essential oil
100 ml distilled water
Mix the lavender essential oil with the water. Soak a towel in the water and wrap it around your body. Wrap a plastic sheet around the towel. Relax for 20 minutes and then unwrap.
5. Coffee Body Wrap
¾ cup finely ground coffee
17 quarts hot water
Mix the ground coffee with the water. Spread the mixture on the troubled areas and wrap with a plastic sheet for about 30 minutes. Unwrap and rinse off the mixture.
